Rear Bumper Tuck Modification Info Thread
lolzz. Thats weird. But yes, it does feel awkward having to push the rear bumper up that high. I did mine when the weather was pretty hot, so I didnt need a hair dryer. Try it on a hot day with a hair dryer then, hope that helps.
GDI, I just realized why it cracked. A few years ago i had the bumper repainted after some guy rear ended me...I assume this new paint doesn't have flex agents in it like the OEM paint. It would also explain why i have never seen those black tabs on the bumper (probably broke off when i got hit) 



Went back and did the bumper tuck with zip ties so that it would be tucked but not tucked so far in that it would create more cracks.
Pretty sad to know i could have avoided the cracks if I used the zip tie method to being with

Some old man rear ended me this morning. I will see how much damage was done under the bumper, maybe it's time to look for an aftermarket bumper.
