Aftermarket Strut Brace!!!!
Does anyone know of any aftermarket strut braces designed for a 350z that is fitted with a spacer?

Yes. There are several that fit in front of the upper plenum rather than over the top.

ARC Ti. Strut Tower Bar fits over MD 5/16 spacer. Here is a pic of mine.
