At that point, I encourage Duke to take the headlights and drive around with them on. If he and Dr Venture are convinced there's nothing wrong with the light output, put them on the car and use them.

Sometimes you have to learn by doing.


Now that I think of it JC, if you have all these special techniques and trade secrets, why did you have CinCity do a set of '06 headlights for you rather than doing them yourself?

 

LOL at this thread! I am going to paint my rear view mirror gloss black, shine an uber bright flashlight on it from an inch away and see how much light reflects off it onto the car's interior. Oh wait, I think I don't need an engineering degree to guess the answer to that one.

 

will that work with an auto dimming mirror?

 

well Sean, they were 08's and i liked there work. But if you notice im doing 03's. in which i had access to take apart after the fact. So be easy with your sarcastic remarks Sean we may have to see one another at a meet one day.

I think we went with 7 across, 3 up...

 

26 total per headlight I believe lol looks pretty damn good in person

 

Ive talked to both mr venture and mr italy... im split on teh number of lights

On i like the more.. off i like the less...

Im thinking of buying some cheapo ebay healights to get the lenses from them. Someone mentioned it, but im unsure if i want to waste the money trying.

I like having my goodstock headlights on the car and modding the extras.. but the extras have nasty lenses...

what is everyone using for silicone when they re seal???
