Talking IPT CF Engine Cover

Wow this engine cover is pretty sweet. Very light, and well made. 100% CF and it even comes with its own bag, so it wont get scratched up. Thanks 350Zforum.com for the group buy. Here are some pictures. Oh yeah, the packaging was awesome, very well protected.

looks great no doubt, just cant quite grasp its purpose and the need for real carbon fiber in this particular not structural application.

$299 plus shipping. Yeah is a bit expensive, but cheaper than some others. Plus this is a really nice piece.

Call me crazy, but I am a Carbon Fiber Junkie. I can't get enough of it. I have an addiction, Carbon Fiber and Titanium.

SandMan- I too, am a Carbon Fiber *****

I have the B pillars, Nismo ****, Wing on the way. Next is front lip, then maybe some mirrors. I'm waiting for an interior kit, I'm not down with fake CF.

Good to see I am not the only who has this addiction. Fake CF is not for me either. I like the look of the B-Pillar CF Pieces, which did you get? Varis? Central 20? Center console full CF replacement would be sweet too, but I bet it would get pretty expensive. For now I need more power, looking for a good deal on Amuse Ti (my other addiction).

$299 seems like a good price. I have to make the car go faster first

I'll post pics today for you all to see!

Great look Sandman congrats -

PS: My IS300 has:

1) CF hood
2) CF dash kit
3)2 CF Strut Bars
4) CF Chin SPoiler

No He is talking about my stick on !

But the replacement dash is still being worked on just wait you will love it the real deal is coming.

As for the need for the real carbon fiber engine cover here is the thing others have made this.

but it is a wet laminate piece that is not a replaceable part it will velcro.

The big thing is that the other ones will yellow because of heat and crack in look nasty

So that is the reason for the real thing

plus we love making the real thing that is what IPT is all about

Dash is coming promise if you think my cover looks great
just wait :-)

oh man dont get me wrong, the quality looks incredable, I love your work.

just wanna see it in either more visible places, or more structural places.

dash is a great place to start.
