I know it's been stated already but the irony of this whole situation is that all of this could have been avoided with proper customer service/communication. Jim, your shop deserves to be exposed for having lousy customer service. Had you just explained the situation to Robbinsj like you eventually did in that first post I doubt things would've gone this far. Unfortunately it took creating this thread for him to even get your attention and that only serves to reinforce what he was already saying.

I've purchased from three different vendors on this site and one of the times I found out my item was back ordered after paying for it. What kept me calm and likely to do business with them again was the great customer service I received and prompt replies to all of my inquiries.



...and Robbinsj, this incident doesn't give you license to act like a child. I know you're mad but giving out peoples personal info and spamming the h3ll out of the place isn't the answer.

The information posted in my first post was all explained to RobbinsJ over the phone. We informed him we would have to wait for the carrier to finish the claim since he had already signed for the package and that we would call him back when the claim went through. The claim, to this day, still has not been approved.
