Default !@#$%^& Windshield Replacement

So I had to have my windshield replaced. The company came to my house, came into my garage and started taking the plastics off to do the replacement. Unfortunately, the guy missed one of the screws that hold the plastics on above the passenger door window.. and when he tried to pull up..

Crraaaaaaaaaaaaak

The guy was VERRRRY upset and could tell I was beyond pissed. He appologized at least 15 times, and said not to worry and he will take care of everything, and he sure did. He actually cancelled his next appointment while he was at my house, and went right to the Nissan dealer to get a replacement ordered. 5 Days later, new silverstone painted plastics arrive.. perfect match!

Honest people FTW! That business will go a long way if they have more employees like him.

Wow... I was thinking of replacing my windshield because I just got rock chip on my windshield today. Maybe I'll just get it repaired.

I just got my windshield replaced 2 weekends ago along with my girlfriends '07 Sentra windshield. Two guys showed up and they were experienced, had done many Z's before and did a great job. I've heard horror stories so I watched them work while doing yardwork I needed to do anyways and they did flawless work, I was relieved.

That was very good on his part of getting it fixed as soon as physically possible and not acting like it was that way before he came. As ridiculous as that sounds I'm sure it's happened before, unfortunately.

Mine was done a month ago. The guy did great work and was very careful. I got pretty concerned when he used a special tool to break the seal on the bottom of the window, but everything came out ok.
