oh wow. I didnt know you;ve been waiting a year. I didnt know those were your tail lights, i love the video tho. I dont understand if he posted all the videos with the work finished, why have you not gotten them back>?

 

Not to throw fuel on the fire, but if you guys are looking for a stand up guy with great turn around time, you should check out Caesar @ lightwerkz. (http://lightwerkz.net/)

His prices I believe are really fair as fair as painting, halo, and sti lenses go but I am sure he can do everything other companies do.

The other good point about Caesar is that he does not cut corners with replica parts from what I have read and heard. His STI lenses are authentic as opposed to many of the ones who buy theirs off ebay.

His turn around time for me was less than 1 week and when I had a small blemish, he offered to redo them immediately. He might be able to do this because he isn't as swamped as the others but I believe that he is a man of his word.

 

Nope. Ryan told me himself when I contacted him the end of last week on his cell for an update on my tail lights. Said he hadn't been working for CiNcity for the past 2 weeks. It sucks, cuz Ryan got more done on my lights in the last few months than Nic did in the prior 6+.

Nic made more progress on his website than he did on my lights. It seemed like he spent more time behind the keyboard posting on the CiNcity forums than he did at the work bench working on lights for my350z customers.

Those vids are of preliminary ideas they were testing on my tail lights. The final design has additional LED rings instead of CCFL rings.

Also, they messed up on the tint they sprayed on my tails. So they had to get a second set of tails and start over.

My sidemarkers have been done for a while now. But it was agreed that they would ship those with the tails when they're done.

 

oh, well im sorry to hear about your situation. i really am, but so far nic hasnt done wrong by me and is just waiting on the shipment of leds, (white and amber) before he can finish up my lights. I've done almost all of the same lightwork myself. halos, ccfl, leds, strobes and just about anything else, but i chose cincity because of there custom knight rider mod which i ordered along with the R8. Any idea is there is any pics floating around with a g35 with cincity lights actually on the car? i saw the video of the all white leds and was wondering who it belonged to.

 

I followed up with Nic and spoke with him yesterday. He finished my tails today and posted up the pics on the CiNcity forums. They should ship Monday.

 

wow,thats freakin awsome dude! He quoted me 850 to do my tail lights but i just dont got that kind of money to be throwin around. I personaly like the ccfl look the best in the tail lights but im pretty jelious you got modded tail lights at all. Once i get my car payment out im gonna get some money together for the clearcorners and then i will save for the tails. YOUR A LUCKY ****! haha Can you post a video up on youtube and give me the link once all of this is actually on your car. i cant wait to see what it all looks like. TY!!!

Its not really a year. At least not right now. my headlight turn around time is gonna be about 1 month. Its not really all that bad, if you have an extra set to use in the meantime.

 

Is that way Nic told you? I was told the same thing when I sent my lights in....

 

well he got my lights in july and im getting them back in july. sorry you guys had to go thru so much ****, but mine will only take 3 weeks lol. Im also going to be the 1st one with the knight rider mod. Pretty excited. If i dont get my lights by the next tuesday you can rub it in my face all you want, but as far as im concerned, so far so good.

 

well just as an update for anyone that cares, haters or not, Its been abuot 1 month now and my lights are finished. He finished them today, ( wednesday ) shipping them out tomorrow (thursday) and i will have them installed by FRIDAY! here is a little tease3r video he posted for me.
