OEM spoiler from factory is attached via 3m tape, and two bolts/nuts.
the bolt/nuts are not necessary and if the surface is prepped prior to installation you should have no problems with just using 3m.
prep as in alcohol wipe down, remove all wax and pressed on and clamped after the adhesion has been made.

chebosto, how long do you have to clamp the spoiler for? with c-clamps and some padding i presume?
i actually order one, not this particular on but it's also held on with 3m tape. just want to know before i install it after it arrives.
thanks.

you dont have to clamp it on very long.. what you can do is put the spoiler on, and run/stretch painters tape over the entire OEM wing and extend onto the hatch to keep the ends down.
if you have non-marring C clamps, i'm sure that would hold too. there isnt that much force on the rear spoiler during driving so yo dont need to have it crazy bolted on... no need for silicone seal.

if you're looking for an OEM style, i'd suggest ebay. i think i saw couple sell for around $150 shipped. or, it would be even better if u look in the private classified for a used one.
Yes sir, id rather drag my nuts over a 20ft strip of sandpaper then put this spoiler on my car...but it your choice, of course.
Look into the blitz, stillen v1, something along those lines. Or even Nismo V2 if you want something bigger.
i do like the stillen V1, though, and i might just get it over the Blitz...it flows well with the car and the Nismo v2 front thats heading my way.
Im not a big fan of spoilers, though, and most likely i wont get one unless needing it to pull off my final kit.
DO not get the one you showed above, that thing is horrid.

i dunno, but I'm a semi-fan of the celica spoiler - 7th gen..

This is the Day after Desert Storm, Almost never made it back from that one
We were using a Loaner that day, gave it back in bad shape,
I flew out of Davis/Monthon AFB
hence on my plane you will see the DM on the tail
this was the Battle Creek Plane
the seats are actually more comfy than the 350Z also
