Question How to Replace my Factory Hood with Aftermarket?

Hey everyone, so I purchased a used aftermarket hood Tanner Foust's old hood. However I know I have to remove the old hood with the 4 screws but is there anything I NEED TO KNOW about putting on my Seibon CF Hood?

Thanks,

DJ MC

It's a pretty simple process. Unbolt old one and bolt on new one. Just make sure to get alignment perfect.

By Alignement you mean making sure its not to far left or too far right?

Thanks, what is the usual install time?

Ya so I've heard but I've also heard a lot of people with good experiences with this type of hood!

A.) make sure it lines up when you have the 4 bolts on tightened
B.) make sure it has the rubber seal around the front of the hood... ( when you lift it up your fingers will be touching it... i removed mine from my stock hood and put it on my c/f one.
C.) On the hood latching mechanism that is on your car infront of the radiator... there are three screws that let you adjust it... if it doesn't work when you first close adjust that and you should be fine.
