i read some of the threads...they were debating about the nismo V3 kit on a regular Z sort of thing...

i have a 08 6MT grand touring, with hr engine, brembo brakes, RAYS forged wheels..

i guess the main difference between my z and a nismo z is the body kit, suspension, and cat back.....correct me if i am wrong :-)

it's not that i wanna make my Grand touring Z looks like a nismo z,.....it's just that i am just loving how the nismo z looks..

i get ur point tho.

There is nothing wrong with getting the Nismo kit...just dont pawn it off as being a Nismo.

I almost chose to get the V3 (Nismo) front, but you MUST have the diffuser, and also the 08 wheel well liners (I have 05'). That was too much for me for a front bumper, esp cause you get raped on that plastic diffuser.

Looks killer, though.

Ive been wanting to get a V3 kit for my 2004 for sometime cause all they brought to the island where 4 Nismo's and all are spoken before they arrived. But here's a cheaper place than mynismo.com and it list hardware for front, sides and rear. The rear mesh is very expensive at $200 sum a side. maybe better to buy your own mesh and cut it out your self.

Why is all the crying about pretending to make it a NISMO Z. You can buy all the parts to make it a NISMO from Nissan. Only difference is it did not come from Nissan factory. Only thing would be the seam welding, and that can be done also.
People always forget, that these tuner cars can be bought direct or in many circumstances, you can buy the parts yourself, and have them installed for a cheaper price.
NISMO Z however is cheaper to buy from factory to convert.

With this thinking, I guess a s tune or r tune is not a nismo. All NISMO is, is a badge for NIssan Motorsports.

Get real. As long as he is not trying to sell it as a real NISMO, then he is fine.
