Honestly anything is possible if you put enough $$$ into it. So yes, technically you could do it. But my question is why? Is it because of color/material/design? There are more cost effective, although still quite expensive alternatives to installing "BMW" seats. If your unhappy with the color just get the original seats reupholstered and if you really hate the way your current seats feel, then get a nice aftermarket set.
Now if your still determined to get "bmw" seats, then first take some measurements to make sure they will fit. If they do, bring em home and spend some time making custom brackets, then spend some more time figuring out the wiring because most bmw seats are powered.
my conclusion: just stay stock and use the $$ elsewhere.
not a difficult task. can be done easily but dont try to do the same by yourself. feel some problems in fixation. and mind to full your pocket before stepping out for something like this

haha. Why do they say "please don't flame"? That's like telling a pack of wolves to stay away from an injured deer who has wandered off from the herd. You're just inviting trouble.
