Thinking about this kit
Werks body kit. But also found another kit exactly like it called C-2 on the same site
Both made out of fiberglass. Does anyone have this on their car painted PPW? Whats the difference? My Z got hit and the quarterpanel got damaged along w/ the rear bumper cover and I needed a new front anyways so I figured what the hell.
Bad part is I actually got the front redone a little over a month ago. And the damn F150 truck that hit me acted like he was driving a Bently and I'm driving a pos civic. Good part is the hub is perfect and camber was just barely knocked off. Give me your thoughts

You better hope that quarter panel doesnt need replacing its $800 plus a butt load of labor charges but he hit you so doenst matter. That kit you picked was one of the more popular kits a few years ago 03-05. There are a few variations but basically the same thing
try this:
get rims and lower your car before you waste money on a body kit. repairing the quarter panel and replacing the bumper doesn't have to be an excuse to get a body kit, and IMO it's a terrible excuse.

Got it checked out at my bodyshop and he said he'll be able to make it look good as new.. Gave me a good deal because I've been through him before but man, got it quoted at a different shop, replacing it and all, 30+ hours of work = $3200 when all is said and done.
Whats wrong with the tail lights? I've personally have never heard a bad thing about it when someone saw it in person... They're not "bubbly" or stick out irregulary at all. Have had them for almost 3 years and have never had a problem with them... I'll stick witht these
Damn damn damn... forgot I needed rims....

might want to consider adding a considerable % to the price of the kit towards actually making it fit properly - you have to plan for the worst when you're dealing with replicas of this ilk
+1 on this...I know from experience...budget for the unexpected with replica bullsh*t...cause typically fitment is bad.
After a couple days of thinking I've decided to get oem rear bumper for now and get the panel fixed because I completely forgot how horrible fiberglass is and you guys are right. There's no way I can rock a body kit w/ factory wheels. I'm also going to wait a while longer and maybe save up for a decent kit of decent material. Thanks guys for your help.
