Bose Sub Compartment
Has anyone converted the stock sub compartment into a storage
compartment like the one behind the passenger seat? Can I buy

Yes, it's possible.

I don't think you can have 2 doors installed both using the closure ropes, but at minimum, you can convert the compartment into an identical glove box, and reuse your pop-on cover.
