Default LED Tail Light conversion

has anyone seen these for sale that are less that 800 bucks? Ive been wanting to change my tail lights forever, but i dunno about the whole $800 price tag

hopefully Ill have LED lighting options for people soon, at a much more reasonable price.

for now we are just talking about bulb replacments using LEDs, not the strips of LEDs that they also have. but just the actual brake bulb being replaced.

the benifits are its a very simple thing that you can purchase and install, no modification is nescessary.

right now its in the testing and design phase. but first will come turn signal, parking, and backup lights.

this is NOT the little LEDs you see APC or even piaa puting out, these bulbs use 1-3 LEDs at most.

Will they be as bright as clearcorners?

thats hard to say for 2 reasons, one havent seen mine in the application yet, still testing them.

and 2, Ive never seen his in person.

but I can safely say that they are using the brightest LEDs currently available. so the only way there is a brighter setup is if he was just using more of them. which for 800$, he may be, I have to see mine lit in the housing to see if my current design will be sufficient. but these LEDs are far from cheap; dont want any more than needed.

Ill keep you guys updated as more info is available.
