Your going to see more harness bars vs full cages... this isn't the autoX section so lighten up . My particular Z won't see much track time, maybe a couple HPDE 1's so my Kirk is good enough.

Yea it's not JDM but I didn't want a Cusco... they're played out like Sega. Besides all the true JDM cars have custom cages anyway but you already know that.

here are some oldy but goody, done by the late Richey Watanabe of Technosquare.

this was for some race class from Puerto Rico. the owner shipped the car to get it done.. the requirement was full interior must be maintained...

how comfy is it from the passengar side, looks like the bar pushes the seat closer to the dash and how do u like the seats? Give u enough support with hugging ur legs and shoulders too much?

ez to get in and out of the seat?

It's alright for people that aren't too tall... you sit a little further up but not horribly bad. I'm rather wide(44-36-42) w/pretty big thighs and I fit in the seats comfortably. The seats are ASM SRIII's and I probably wouldn't of bought them if I didn't get the deal I did. I'm actually going to take them out to do the light HPDE 1 tracking and install a set of Recaro buckets.

Pass side is fine , I can sit over there on mine. Would I want to ride over there for 6 hours , NO. 3 hour trip is not a problem.

Thanks guys! track only car really, sees very little street time.

It was custom built by Martin form Parts Shop MAX in San Diego.
