I would have done my diagonal as 1 piece, then the harness bar as 2 pieces. Also, no need for the centered bolt holes in the harness bar.

I like that half cage setup, what's rules on mounting it in the cubby spots.

Perfectly accepactable, even better if the mounts were moved 4 inches outward. That is where my cage will be set up from.

The guy building my cage follows nhra drag racing. Its gotta be good enough for drifting. The holes in the harness bar are for the harness to bolt in.

Dam that sucks, roadcourse and drift follow different rules. Harness mounting is a huge one, Y back is not allowed, only in drag.

But you can still get hit by the car next to you just like them, or hit a jersey barrier just like them. Same dangers, they just have more experiance and there car is safer.

Well theres still time to fix things. Cage is not done i can cut the bar in the middle and put a diaginal bar in.

I talked to my welder..he's going to fix the roll cage from drag to drift...just gunna give him the formula d rules..well anyways. Thanks for telling me it was wrong haha..he's a few pics of progress.

so redo the harness bar and add the proper diagnal brace, add the x bar on both sides , get rid of those seats and properly mount a sub strap for a 5 of 6 point.

Put your fixed bucket seats in soon, they may not fit with the door bar you have now.

Ya I just wanted to see how the harness looked I just got t today. It's kinda just chillin in there loose. I'm getting the seat soon. The x bar will be added as well.

Ordering the fx1 pro seat now. Now i gotta figure out how to mount the lap belts and 5th belt properly.

This weekend when i have my welder fix the harness bar il have him make these plates as well. What thickness are these?

Thanks man. Im assuming it only needs those mounting plates on the tranny tunnel lap belt and the 5th harness belt underneath the seat correct? The stock placment for the left lap belt is fine to put a grade 5 bolt where the stock belt used to be?

http://www.gforce.com/pdf/Harness_Install_Info.pdf read, and setup the harness to the seat and seating position. My seat is pretty far back, i use the rear OEM mount for now, but will soon mount a plate futher FWD on a plate.
