Default help: water from HID install

I installed some HID headlights on my car. I had to cut a big hole in the back cap of the headlights so the wire will go though. Now water is getting in the lights. Anyone knows if there anything I can buy to close the hole up? I used silicone but it didn't work. Thanks for any help guys.

Try to find some rubber grommet off ebay maybe? Do you still have the wheel well plastic liner installed? That helps keep a lot of water out.

BTW have a pic of the light output? How is your cutoff? Are you using stock 03-05 base halogen housings with HID kit?

Good luck, you may want to drain the water out before you continue. It can condense and fog up reducing light output.

Can you show us some light output pictures on a wall, like this:
