Default guys, i need help with factory alarm. yes i did the search but nothing

I noticed my alarm light on the dash stop flashing and it is one 24/7. it just started a couple days ago. before that the light was always off when the engine is on. the light flash when i am out of the car and locked all doors (it stayed on for like 1 mins then it flashed). I thought it was a sign of alarm being disarmed which was not. i checked by rolled down my window and hit the lock button. I waited for 2 mins before open the door by unlock the door by hand and open the door. My alarm went off and it was as loud as usually. therefore, i believe my alarm is not disarmed. anyone ever had this problem? or has this problem? is there anyway to solve it? please help. i hate it when it on all the time while i am driving too. it annoyed me too much. i was thinking of taking it off if there is no solution for it. Thanks Guys

I guess you didn't bother to read your owners manual...

Security indicator light
This light blinks whenever the ignition switch is in
the LOCK, OFF or ACC position. This function
indicates the security system equipped on the
vehicle is operational.
If the Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System (NVIS)
is malfunctioning, this light will remain on while
the ignition key is in the ON position.
If the light still remains on
and/or the
engine will not start, see your NISSAN
dealer for Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System
service as soon as possible.
Please
bring all NVIS keys that you have when
visiting your NISSAN dealer for service.

my car will start with my key that have the transponder chip.

it will not start with the other key that i have without the transponder chip.

i already checked with nissan and they said i need to run a diagnosis test. cost about 95$. I was just wondering if anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it without dealer fees. I did read the owner manual but it didnot tell me how to fix it
