Default 2007 Roadster Ground Clearance

I have a 2007 Roadster with an Eibach lowering kit and 19" wheels put on it prior to me purchasing it. I wanted to know what stock front and rear ground clearance is for a 2007 Grand touring Roadster that does not have any suspension or body modifications done to it (with 19" wheels).

I think that my car is too low. I want to see if I can replace the current suspension setup and get it a little higher off the ground.

Any help wold be much appreciated.

Thanks!

What size are the tires? Maybe you can raise it enough with some higher profile tires. The car is not all that "low" from the factory, and I wouldn't raise the ride height over the factory amount either.

Well if you go back to the factory suspension you'll gain maybe +/- an inch?! I dunno specifics but I do know you'll probably be disappointed coming from a lowered car and then going back to factory specs.

I dont know what the exact tire size is off hand. My car is in the shop right now after an accident that I got into.

I do not want to go back to stock. I just want to know how much the Eibach lowering kit lowered my car. Im thinking of replacing my suspension with the Tanabo Sustec Pro Five Coilovers. Atleast that will give me a means to control the ride height to whatever I think is suitable for the roads that I drive on.

I also have a custom GT-R front bumper and Nismo sides. Will probably be getting the ChargeSpeed Rear Bumper as well.

Attached are some pics of my car (pre-accident). The rear end is going to be replaced after the accident.

You may be able to tell by looking at the fender and top of the tire. Park next to another 350Z. Really does not matter. If you want to increase ground clearance get some taller springs.

get a new front bumper and side skirts as well if you want to increase your ground clearance. The current pieces you have on there are bigger then stock and are probably between 1-2" taller so they give you even less ground clearance.

Not looking to replace the front bumper or the rear. Want to see what I can do with different springs.

Im waiting for the body shop to get back to me and let me know if I have red or black springs on the car. If they are red, then they are the sportline and I can replace them with the pro-kit from eibach instead and that should help a little. I dont want to raise the car alot.. Its just not fun when you have to scrape the ground coming out of every parking lot in San Diego.
