Default Sunglasses holder

Does anyone know how to remove this from the headliner. I see it has been asked many times, but nobody has answered.

This is what I'm looking at (picture stolen from Dkmasa).

Any Ideas?

Those fasteners look permanent. Dremel tool maybe?

I understand I might have to do that. I'm doing the suede thing to the headliner and if I have to break those how does the holder stay in?

I found it. It took 2 engineers to realize that those don't hold the hold to the headliner, but in fact the hold holds the headliner up. Problem solved. Thanks my350!

So you just broke em? I broke all but the two at the bottom of my pic and the middle one at the other end of the sunglass holder and it stays fine with the two clips that pop into the roof.
