Looks fine to me with stock wheels

I can barley get into my driveway, go over speed bumps, and certain places without scraping my bumper, to be honestly I don't need the headache that comes with lowering my car, If I lower I just have to be more careful and I don't want that. I don't see why it looks incomplete, I put a bumper and side skirts that I like on, to me it looks more complete. thanks for the opinion tho
If you don't think it looks weird thats great for you. if you don't notice the big difference in the bottom line of the front bumper which meets the side skirts then goes up half a foot when it gets to the rear then awesome for you. you love the stock rims with your half kit, awesome for you some more. If you like fender gap even better for you! If you like it all then thats great because you'll save a lot of money by leaving it as is.

Not seeing how it looks incomplete though? really? it looks like you ran out of money half way and said, "ahh, thas ok. I like it." Like you were getting a hair cut and told the barber to stop half way because you only had half the money. Then say it doesn't look weird because you got what you wanted. Or like if you bought 2 aftermarket wheels and put them on your car. Yeah, you got what you wanted but it still looks weird and incomplete. If you left it stock it wouldn't look incomplete, adding isn't always better when you don't add enough.

do you know that the stock side skirts don't line up with the rear bumper it still goes up about 4 or 5 inches

As far as the high end wheels go, yeah I would say those look better than most stock wheels. But then again, a lot of the wheels that you mentioned have become pretty common. At least the GT wheels are pretty rare.

It all comes down to personal taste. Just like some people would put fake Lambo doors on their car while 99.99% of everyone else says they are gay as can be.

Exactly... all about personal taste. OP asked for opinions and I gave mine. Just really shocked that you (or anyone) would say they are MUCH nicer than what others put on their Z's, so I gave a list off the top of my head of brands who make multiple wheels I think the majority would agree are nicer than these stockers. Idk about these wheels being rare, lol, but if you think they are then great.

Once again, when comparing to wheels that cost in the $3,000 range, yes many do look better than these wheels. Is that what all people put on their car? No, there are a ton of crappy wheels out there that people spend less than $1,000 on. Those are the wheels that I am talking about. If you are going to go cheap with wheels, you might as well keep the stock ones.

And as far as the GT wheels go, by comparison to many of the wheels you mentioned, yes they are rare. Go look through the Marketplace and see the dozens of threads for CEs, TEs, RFP1s or LMGT4s. I can think of 2-3 GT wheels that have been for sale here in the last couple of years.

Yeah, of course stock wheels are nicer than the cheapest crappiest wheels on the market. If thats what you meant to say then sure you're right... but thats not what you said. lol. If thats what you meant to say then you aren't saying much.

Its like me saying: Yeah, your GF is much hotter than many girls that guys with Z's go out with.... oh, well of course if you compare her to models she doesn't compare, but I'm talking about all the retarded, down syndrome, quasimoto b!tches that people with Z's go out with. yeah, she's hotter than them. LOL - makes the first statement sound irrelevant, much like your first statement has become with all of the "clarification" you've added.

And sorry, wouldn't really know about the used wheel section. I actually have a complete authentic body kit, dropped on full coils, and with my vendor purchased 19" works. It took a lot longer for me to do it than i wanted it to, but I also didn't want to drive around in a stupid looking car with a kit and stock wheels, or even worse - an incomplete kit with stock wheels, or even worse - an incomplete kit, stock wheels, and obnoxious fender gap. So you may be right about the GT wheels, but I wouldn't know cause I don't patrol the used wheel section much.

The clarification was for the only person stupid enough to not understand what I was saying.

But I know you are not stupid enough to think that the norm is all (or even half) of the owners here purchase $3,000 wheels. An extremely large population of the owners put crap on their cars. That is who I was referring to.

By the way, congratulations on all the money and time you spent on your car. Too bad it looks pretty much the exact same as all these kids that are rocking those VIS knockoffs!

Thanks, too bad VIS doesn't make a replica of my kit But I guess that's just how ignorant f#cks like you roll: make assumptions, run your mouth, then try to "clarify" (aka change the story in an attempt to make the first, overly general and nonsensical statement relevant), then dig yourself in a hole you can't get out of and then start name calling. You sad sad "man."

I know its not the "norm," and I hope you know its not the "norm" for people to spend $1000 on wheels for their Z. Do you even know how much a nice set of enkeis, works, used volks, lmgt4's go for? of course you don't, you just jump straight to $3000, which isn't the case. But I'm sure you knew that right? LOL, you just make yourself look dumber and dumber... I guess there will always be the guys like you who can't afford to have nice things. I guess thats just how the world works, I'm sorry you are who you are.

Thats not what you said in your first post. JEKL is getting so he switches his story up and tries to call other people stupid. you are pathetic. go back and read your own damn posts and see how stupid you're making yourself look.

Yeah, my story has changed a lot. It's ok though. I understand you sticking up for your local boyfriend.

You are right, I don't have the money for nice wheels at all. I should have bought an older Z like yours (assuming you still have the '03-'05) instead of a newer one. Or maybe I shouldn't have bought an FX45 just to have something to commute in. Then maybe, just maybe I could afford a set of wheels. I wish I was you.

There you go assuming again. I bet you do wish you were me, because I don't ASSume wrong as often as you do. I hope you're impressed with yourself, because no one else is...

Interesting... this isn't the only thread where JEKL owns himself...

https://my350z.com/forum/my350z-com-...threads-2.html

You sir, have enough FAIL to power a Honda forum and fuel the disaster that is your limp, incoherent, pathetic excuse for a brain.

Is that the thread where this conversation took place?
