Fellas, I have a member whom purchased my map net from my Z. Come to find out he has a base model which apparently doesn't have a map net holder clips.

Anyone know if they can be removed? If so, how?

I tried looking for this accessory as i was interested in it as well, but no luck.

 

Fail. Now I'll never recieve an Itrader.

 

I looked into installing this into my '03 but I have not gone through with it yet. From what I've gathered holes will need to be drilled if they aren't there already into the floorpan/passenger side of center tunnel in order to insert the clips that hold the net. I'm not sure how you would go about removing the clips already installed in one car in order to install them in another. I'd imagine it cant be too difficult since the clips need to be uninstalled for carpet removal. I don't think the clips are all that expensive if they need to be ordered from the dealer.
