Exclamation How hard would this be to fit?

Ive been searching high and low for a subtle front lip for my 350z. I came across this one on ebay thats on a 350z fitment GTR style front bumper. Good money on it and genuine carbon fibre.

My question is how hard and what would need to be done to get this to fit on to an 08 stock front bumper?

Thanks,

Chris

The bumper it's made for is pretty edgy/square. That lip won't fit a stock bumper and there isn't a way to make it fit. If you modify carbon fiber components, you would have to paint them to mask the fiberglass/bondo.

I thought that would be the answer. Back to the drawing board then.

Chargespeed Bottomline is the only thing that offers soemthing similar ... can you think of anything else?

The Stillen splitter looks pretty good, but it's not Carbon. I guess you want the carbon.

I would go with the chargespeed bottomline front lip, IMO. why spend all the extra cash to get it fitted right when you can get great quality product, that may cost more but will give you less headaches and more appreciation... Just my .02 cents

You do know its a fiberglass bumper with a CF lip right? and thats a high price considering shipping. and not so sure on the gtr style.

but back to your question... ive installed a amuse bumper and then the CF lip on the bumper. As for the bumper...you have to drill the hole to mount it which is more steps but allows for better fitting if you know what your doing AS LONG AS THE BUMPER bodylines are straight and the bumpers made right, if the bumper givves big gaps or tight gaps or lines are off theres no way to fix unless you shave/putty/reshape the bumper. be carefull and find someone with this bumper first anmd get their opinion before buying a expensive bumper we dont hear much abt

Chargespeed, Stillen, APR, are all good options.

If you really want to be different you can try a universal splitter:
