Hey forum, well i just purchased my 350z last week (LOVING it) and everything in it is perfect except the box that the cup holder goes in (i don't think its called the glove box) well can anyone tell me what this part is called? and how to remove it, Thanks.

That looks like adhesive residue from the original lining. A hot air gun might soften it up enough so you can scrape it off before putting in new lining.
Craft shops often carry self-stick felt for lining jewelry boxes and such. You might find something of better quality at a high-end woodworking supply.
if you go to the dealership theyll probably make you buy a whole center console...at least thats what they tried to get out of me when all I wanted was the covers for the cup holders.
