All it seems you would have to do is separate the housing with a heat gun and install them with some wiring, then re seal the lamp. Does the kit come with directions?

IMO, I would have asked this prior to buying them. It would be at least a day project, so plan to have your car w/o headlights for a weekend. You can use a heat gun to melt the seal between the clear plastic and the black housing but be careful to not melt your headlight. OR, you could put them in your oven for a lil bit. Then install them inside and re seal your housing with sealing silicone

I think it's a matter of taking off your front bumper, connecting the hot wire to your parking light supply wire and ground wire to ground, mounting them right under your OEM headlights (so they shine between the headlight housing and front bumper), and putting your bumper back on. Common sense, but test to make sure they work before resintalling your front bumper.

If you want to make a real day out of it, you could install a separate switch to allow you to turn them on and off independently of the parking lights and headlights.

Default drls

They are installed in my avatar.
The bumper needs to be removed.
They are cool, but dont match my CCFl Halos well, so i covered them w two layers of 20 percent tint i had for my rear turn signals, and it turned down the intensity a bit.. i think the lights themselves are very "pinpoint" and small, and this makes them appear like the 10 dollar strips by night, biut by daytime, you dont have to stare them in the face in shame like those guys do.

I also layered black vinyl wrap on the top and bottom face so the light doesnt bleed up into my headlight itself, only directly out he front. Other than removeing the bumper, it is very simple. Your OEM drl wires are right there, just tap them in.
