Ya sorry buddy it's just not gunna work like you want. Grown size men will never fit back there. simply compare the profile of a g vs. z and you'll see why.

Can't cut more leg room ( those would be ur gas tanks there sir )

No head room well cuz even if you destroy te seats ur only gunna get maybe 2 inches and they will be sitting on a piece of leather. And lord knows you can't go thru the top for headroom.

Like I've said before it just not gunna happen, and this comes from the kid who did it.

But who fits in a g backseat anyways!!!

have you sat in the g35 back seat yet? any comparison? I think a comparison to that would be the best way to go for trying to describe it

I've sat in s g before and also sat in the back of my car when I took it all out,

That extra leg room the g gives makes a world of a diff. Also head room sux!! Like Jackson said, unless you got a small person... It won't work, plus you still have to remember the driver .. He probably won't be comfortable either lol

Try this, go to your z and put the top of the seat down, measured how much room you have in between the metal and the base of the seat .... Look how small that is.... And keep in mind you still need to lean the top of the seat back again

It small bro, but make sure you try it with the seat set to where you drive comfortably bc then it just won't be accurate and you will just be lying to yourself

Small hot girls will fit lol... But small!! I you like them big, good luck lol

^exactly! thank you for helpin people understand !!!

wek- I've said it before in this fread, homies just not gunna fit. but i don't expect you to read the whole thing. especially if you are seriously considering it.

may just have to admit it doesn't work for you situation. like i desperately want to lower my z to the ground and add a nice body kit but im living on a freakin gravel road right now. so.... you get what im sayin

Would it be possible to modify those brackets too and make the rear seats fold flat? That way it could be both a big trunk and rear (mini) seats

Any updates? Had anyone ride in the back and compare it to riding in the trunk yet?
(I figure since theres all that extra space back there, and if you occationally end up sticking someone in the trunk, itd be better than sticking someone in the trunk )

any chance you would be able to measure the actual height from the seat to the roof/window when you get a chance? I think that might put it to rest

nice man ..... I knew someone would follow. guess im not the only anymore....

kinda like how you cut the top bar on the seat off, the one that lays on the strut tower, i left mine on there, altho you got a lot of work to do to get that to stretch tight again.

now you just need me to build you some new panels.

i also need to show you a pic of where my consoles meet up

unfortunately i cut the foam flat on the top so when stretched it doesn't appear full and fluffed. right now i'm merging the consoles but cutting both to have a space gap and will blend it. i'm not sure if you have the time to recreate the side panels for me like how you did so i might take a shot at it after i start putting back my sound system. i like yours though because it really looks perfect. more pics to come later. had to take a break to sell parts and sort some random stuff. driving without sounds is very quiet.

did your z lift up half inch in back after converting to 4 seats? mine lifted full half inch so i had to cut my rear hotchkis springs more to level it.
