Default Leather in PPW advice

I have a charcoal interior in my PPW. I am looking for aftermarket leather in either one or 2-tone. Leaning towards 2 tone.

Anyone else installed aftermarket leather in the PPW with charcoal interior. If so, could you give me pointers and possibly show pics, thanks.

I am leaning towards black with bone or Peak white as the 2nd color. I will prob go with the Katskins

Here is what I want, but the blue will be a different color, I am thinking white, suggestions?

Since your car is white, a 2-tone black/white would look good. How much is that company charging?

$460 for the kit, install is extra. If you want two tone, I believe its an extra $40. You can buy in install kit or have it professionally done.

So $500 is not bad. I will probably get this before xmas. I have to call for install prices in my local area and inspect their work prior. I am very picky.

The vendor even gives you local instalelrs in your area.

here is the link for the katskins, good price if you ask me.

My father-in-law paid over $4000 to have a 1995 convertible Mustang done. 4 seats and the top. It was done in Phoenix.

Here's the link:

I would have the outside of the seats and headrest be white to match the exterior, with black inserts. The blue in that pic would be black, adn the black in that pic would be white. It would look incredible!!!

i had mine done in katzkin leather. they are EXTREAMLY good quality! i had mine done in dark graphite, with pearl white inserts. dark graphit is the closest thing to black, without being black. (most people think it is black) it matches the charcoal int VERY well! and as for the pearl, i held up about 6-7 different white leather sampels next to my car untill i found the PERFECT match! then i had them embroider Z's in the headrests! the kit was right around 5-6, but total installed was right at a grand! well worth it to me. i dont have a digitial camera, but im going to see if my friend will snap a few pix for me. im about to install a set of recaros instead! (iv realy gotten into drifting/tracking my z since i got the seats done, and i slide alot under heavy stearing!) that and i need the holes in the seat (recaros) to run my harnesses through! ill be selling my stock seats soon, if you are interested?? one other thing i liked about the katzkins, your airbag in the seat will still work properly! i made SURE before i got them. hope this helped? ill try to get you that pic.

I wouldn't go with white due to how easily they stain/show dirt. A buddy of mine had white custom leather in his Integra and all you had to do was look at it wrong to get it dirty.

Here ya go. I added the frost leather Touring Seats to my Performance Z. Normally Frost leather came with a Frost interior, I have the Frost seats in my Charcoal interior, so here's a link to my thread. Hope this helps you decide.

maybe you might want to go with black triming and red inserts. that would go good if you had other parts of your car in red such as red brake calipers, red grounding kit, red injen cai.
