head light adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the level of the head light ? My head lights beam are too short .. i need to adjust it so i can see farther. Thanks !

That happened to me too.. all I did was take it to the dealer and they adjusted them in 20 mins. I dont think we have the tools to do it
