a replica cf wing that doesnt fit properly. Throw it away.

jk

Did you try using bolts to hold it down? Or just 3m tape? I thought the oem wing required bolts, shouldnt that be enough to hold it?

Agree. Ends come up? Photos helpful. Can you put a bolt in each end?

I completely bordered mine with 3M tape and there was no problems. I just stuck mine on and made sure it was on there even.

I would suggest getting a rag and choice of weight to hold either side down and let it sit overnight.

A very strong 3M tape. Press it down for as long as you can. Might need a friend to
rotate the press-down. "Some" replicas come with a price

I have the same problem with my replica OEM spoiler (bought from spoilerdepot dot com). I did the following:

1) wash the hatch
2) Apply degreaser / wax remover to the area where the spoiler mounts
3) apply 3M Adhesion Promoter to the spoiler mounting area
4) Press the spoiler into place and hold for a minute to set the 3m tape
5) Place a rag and a gallon jug of coolant on each end of the spoiler
6) Let it sit for ten days while I went on vacation
7) Came back and it was ok for a few weeks, then the ends / corners started to lift off again.

My next step is to take it to a body shop and have them use something stronger to hold it down. I don't think the bolts will help because they are too far inboard to keep the ends from springing up away from the hatch.
