oem hood with asuka type 2 vents. as long you have an accurate template and a dremel you make your own as well.

 

I saw a write up from some 16 yeat old kid who did this mod to his hood.
It turned out really good, from what I saw of the pictures.
I can't remember if I saw it on this forum or the other one.
I know the OP's picture he posted is from the other forum.
That picture inspired me to get a V2. Way back when

 

I have googled this but can't find where to buy one? can someone post a link? also I have a 2003 silverstone and I heard Nissan quit making that color paint... If I add aftermarket body pieces how do I get the paint matched? thanks

 

go to a body shop and get it painted

 

The paint code still exists lol... It doesn't magically disappear when the OEM manufacture decides to discontinue a particular color.

We already told you that it's an oem hood that the owner modified and any body shop can match the paint.
