Default Lip or Lower

So, I have my car lowered on some Stance GR+ non oem coilovers, I have all the appropriate arms, so suspension limitations don't really exist. I have been rubbing through the bottom of my CF lip and I have come to a crossroads, fix and re-install the lip, or drop it about another inch. here are some pictures from the summer.

The roads around here suck, very not well maintained, but I can get around fine with the current ride height and the lip, I am considering dropping it just a touch if I keep the lip anyways. I had a G35 tucking tire on these same roads with no lip, scrapped mostly in the middle of the car.

PS, I will be running 275's in the front and 295's in the rear to fill out some gap between the tire and finders and add some more grip.

Slam it and drive it until the lip falls off, then buy a new lip.

Could not agree more. The car does not have to drivable. Just as long as it looks good in photos.

lol..Makes no sense.
Reread what you wrote and ask yourself what I just said.
I just don't get it.The Z is car to drive. If you want a car only for shows, then slam it to the ground.Otherwise, don't complain if body parts that you install get toreup because the roads suck. Its your choice.
Also,looks like you have a EVO-R Mine's lip.Forget about getting a replacement.
No more available for the 03-05 cars.

If it made sense, we'd all be driving practical grocery getters that get 100mpg. But we're sportcar owners, logic escapes us.

I have had a new CF lip for over 6 months. Every time I scrape the current one (yesterday) I am glad it's still not on.

I'd buy a lip to protect the paint on the bumper from scraping =P

I agree, if you want it lower, lower it, roads everywhere suck, we all deal with it. I stopped buying cf/fg prices cause they break, I had a cwestt cf lip last one 15 minute drive.. Haha, now I buy the ings lx urethane knock off and drag and scrape everywhere I go.. **** it.

I don't know about you OP but I'm not a fan of re-purchasing things I don't have to.

I think your setup looks fine, just leave it as is.

The lip was cracked badly in many areas after I took it off, and I decided to cut off everything but the middle part that goes into the grill (the only piece that wasn't damaged) double side taped it back on, and I plan on lowering it more now!

how thick are your rear tires? to make it look perfectly flush when you lower it i would add a spacer and roll the fenders.

The fenders are rolled, I am currently running a 275, but when those get burnt off, I will be running 295's to fill in the gap, it should be pretty close to the fenders
