A company send us some pre-cut headlight and taillight smoked overlays for the 350Z to try out.
It is something we were considering adding to our site, so we tested them out on our Z.
Don't think the headlights would fly with the cops, taillights look good.
What do you guys think ?

Tinted windows serve a purpose by sacricing a bit of visibility but keeping interior cabin temps lower and making stuff inside the car less visible. Darker headlights and tail lights reduce the light output, visibility, and safety of your car with ZERO benefit other than aesthetics (if indeed you do like the look).
Welcome to 1995, back when GTO headlight covers, strobe lights, and cars equipped with dynomax exhausts were HOT. ;)

Its bad seeing old 1992 Mustangs with these things on, seeing them on a brand new 350Z have it is just gaudy. There are SO many products that fall into this catagory: LED exhaust tips, LED wiper nozzles, NEON under-carriage. Might as well remove your OEM seats and go to Pep Boys, pickup some 3A-brand racing seats and be a true race-champ!
I guess I'm a hater for not liking stuff like this. BUT, the good news is that Universal will have NO problem putting FINE cars like the new Z33 in the next filming of FnF! I am sure this will make Z enthusiasts PROUD.
