Great job!

I had mine done by Andriod123 and am having horrible problems with the left headlight.

What is a safe way to take apart the headlight so I can get inside the housing? He left a few smudge marks on the reflectors that is emitting nasty lines on the road. . . I need to take apart the housing and clean it up to see if this solves the problem.

me and my friend did this... my friend have worked on at least 50 pairs of headlights.. not the 350z but the preludes... we used the oven to take apart my headlights, i don't think i could of done it right without my friend... he said it was one of the hardest headlights he've taken apart... unless you feel like you can do it absolutely right.. i would not suggest doing it yourself... experience is the key when it comes to DIY
if you do take it apart get some rubbing alcohol and a t-shirt and wipe down the smuges...

Thanks EG! I wouldn't have thought of rubbing alcohol and a T-Shirt. I will use that process. . . . now it is just a waiting game for me to see how long it takes Steve to respond to my e-mails and voice messages :-)

Can you post some instruction on how you guy did it? like temp of the oven, and how long you left it in there, and thing like that? Because that DIY looks very tempting!! Maybe we could invite EG's friend to come down to Dallas to help some of us to work on this project? :-) hee hee....

actually my friend is from dallas.. if you go to the i think the North Texas Prelude website there's a guy name of Vick he has a white prelude and he is doing custom headlights for other prelude owners and he have done quite an amazing job..he just put M3 bi xenon projectors in his prelude.. looks really nice... ummm i gotta get a hold of him because he gots all the pictures when we were working on the headlights... i'll try to write up a DIY thread too with pictures...if i had a little more experience with taking apart the headlights i would do it for you guys.. but i don't quite trust myself yet.. it took us a total of 6 hours to do the whole thing.. could of been done sooner but my friend is a HID fanatic and he was trying to make my light be brighter and more blue by changing the mirror in the projetor housing.. but it didin't work out... so anyone trying to mess with the lights of the projector IT WILL NOT WORK...
