Those dark tail lights look sick on a black Z.

oh and also how do you think this would look in a silverstone with dark tints, smoked head and tail lights, blinkers and reverse lights?

The great thing about my Overlays is that if you ever get tired of them, or just want to change the look after a while, they can be removed . My pics will be up tomorrow or Tuesday.

Can it be re-applied after removing it once?

Has anyone used the new 350Z kit just out from Lamin-X? I just received the full kit for 67.95. It's to cold for me to put them on now. Visit their site WWW.lamin-x.com Please PM if you have pics or info.

It's vinyl from my understanding. One time use.

hndumafia, if you paint your taillights you can't remove them like Bat's overlays, it's permanent. The thing I like about mine painted is that I don't have to worry about film peeling plus I can buff it out when it gets really dirty. So it's really up to you if you want this to be permanent or temporary, at least with Bat's skills he made it possible to have a choice.
Regarding the legalities, I live in So. Cali and I tell ya, we have the pickiest punk cops. I've been pulled over about six times in the last eight months for different reasons and not once they've said anything about my taillights. It really depends on how dark your lights are. Mine is just perfect, were it looks dark enough and at the same time when I step on the brakes it doesn't seem like it's smoked. I had it matched up the same shade as the JDM smoked sidemarkers.

The standard tint I use is about a 6 out of 10. 10 being the darkest. I'm really pleased at the way the Overlay turned out.
