Just like the last post, Plus keep a straight line as much as possible all the way down and try not to over stretch the vinyl again and again, It will make it a lot harder to flatten out the vinyl all the way down the panel.
It is a lot easier to vinyl the panels on the car, Your photo looks like its indoors.
Sometimes it easier to just start all over, I did many times!
Good luck!

Wow, this is the first flat black Z I've actually liked the look of. Good work.

What do the door jambs look like? Did you wrap them also? (as well as the underhood/hatch)

How did you do the antenna? I messed mine up, but... I have a solution involving white carbon fiber. Don't have the vinyl to redo it so this solution will have to work - put a circle around the antenna of white carbon fiber vinyl. It'll match somewhat, but won't be such an obvious mess up.

No close up of the antenna, but this is how it came out. Yea, it shows the dents -_-

I did not wrap the door jambs.
I just made a nice straight cut down the door line. It looks good!
Same for the hatch area, nice straight cuts turn out well!

I removed the antenna and base first, Then vinyl the rear quarter panel!

Sorry for asking a lot of questions, just want to double check everything. What did you do with the edges in the wheel well? Did you just wrap them around the fender lip? Also, how did you deal with the door jamb edges. I'm assuming matte black fits better on a black car, but I just took the edges and left them in the door jamb. Obviously there when you open the door but whatever.

do you need to use water when you peel the vinyl? like doing window tint.

can you use a hair dryer instead of the heatgun?

No water used on most newer vinyls

Yes you can use a blow dryer but harbour freight has $15 heat guns

Nice to see some locals here. Great work on the wrap and a tastefully modded Z. Maybe do a cruise up to Squamish before the weather gets crappy. =)
