you get a pair of these: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=103

Put the CCFLs around your projector behind the shroud. Then you just sand the thin layer of paint of the 4 concers of the projector shroud.

Use some gluedots to mount the invertor inside, wire into parking lights. Reseal, done.

They have since come out with LED rings that dont need invertors now which would make it easier, but i cant contest to thier quality. The retrofitsources ones were ok Quality. They are good, just fragile.Really not much way around it.

If you do it yourself you it will cost less than 100 bucks for everything, prob around 70-80

yeah if you DIY....it can be done for cheap..but remember that with amateur work you get amateur results.....i did an fx-r retro in my 350z and had to have a custom shroud made by a local company...that company COMPLETELY flubbed it up so now im stuck with a retro i wanted to turn out a little differently.
