Duraflex?
Been looking a body kits and there are so many my head is swimming. What I want to know is what brand is worth the money? I don't want a kit where the first time i hit a curb it shatters. I've looked at duraflex and thst stuff sure does bend well when you hit it. What about carbon? I dont mind spending a bit more as long as it will last. I dont want to have to buy another kit a year later.
Thanks for the advice in advanced.

CF body kit?Not many full ones out there...expensive to get great quality.
Sounds like you may not be a very careful driver. No matter what you select, there is gonna be damage.Duraflex is the cheapest. Its flexible much like your bumper material.
Hell, they make dumpster lids from a form of this poly material.Proper prep is important for a good paint job.Fiberglass is best if you are buying a low end kit that may need some fitting.
IMO,read the reviews.Find a kit that fits.Don't go cheap.

I picked up a extreme dimensions duraflex kit for my 240sx a while back. Flexible as hell for the majority of the kit. But, like anything else that is essentially fiberglass, the corners and hard edges are easy to chip. I don't see any problems with chipping once the kit is installed. Fitment was pretty damn good since I picked up the kit and it had sat in a garage for over a year and was't left straight. Skirts were tweeked a little, still fit without any major modifications.
Brands to stay away from...anything without a name brand. Those ebay kits that are only 20-30 dollars cheaper then an Extreme Dimensions kit are crap. Buddy got one for his 240 and it was a ***** to fit. The drivers skirt had to be cut down 3-4 inches to fit. Rear had a gap at the top of about 1 to 1.5 inches. Kit lasted two weeks before he simply scrapped it coming out of a gas station and the whole lower part of the front turned to mush.

I have a duraflex v2 bumper...I scrape all the time getting into driveway. I have minor crack in it but you can barely see it. It was just a pain for my bodyshop to try and fit it on the car. Other than that it is cool.
