Default Bride seats with stock rails and slider?

Hey I just picked up some bride seats and wondering what exactly do I need for it to work? Can I use my stock sliders and just get some new rails or can I reuse both? Someone please let I've been looking but couldn't find anything this is going to be my first time owning aftermarket seats

I don't think you'll be able to dismantle your stock seat and reuse anything off of it. You'll most likely have to buy sliders, and base mounts like this - http://www.racinglab.com/sparco-seat-flat-base-062.html
It's a pretty easy process putting the seats in though. 4 bolts and unplug you power seats (it's two little plastic plug things). Take out the stock seats and place down the seat with the sliders and base (that you'll being buying soon) bolted to it already and bolt it down. Simple

I'm running a single Sparco fighter in my Z. I briefly considered the possibility of trying to use the stock stuff but after examining my stock power seats I determined it to be improbable and/or a LOT of work and custom fabrication. Plus, I'd most likely destroy the stock seat in the process. You're going to have to drop the dow and grab some aftermarket mounts and sliders... and don't cheap out and get the cheapest thing because you'll be sitting 6 inches higher than you are now.

Another thing to think about though is if you're going to run a harness, you'll also need to buy a harness bar (important!) like this - http://www.customcarscentral.com/spr...ssan-350z.html
you'll be tempted to just bolt your harness to some random metal already existing in the car some where but that's not safe and the last thing you're going to want to cheap out on is the last thing that can keep you alive on your worst day. Good luck and let us now how it goes! I want to see pics of those bad boys installed!!!
