My semi wide body 350z Track.. Almost finished pictures!
Well it has taken some time to put this car together, but it is finally looking like it might get finished next week.
some of the body parts are AIT (Notice to those interested in there parts: I had to cut apart all there products to make them fit. I also copied all the oem flanges and mounting tabs and fabbed in all of those to the aftermarket tabs so I could get a factory looking install out of the parts..)
the hood and front fenders are from C7carbon..
I have to say that with the finished product im really happy..
Enjoy..

Looks like quality work. I would have loved to have seen the rear fenders wider as well. It looks like the fronts are actually wider than the rear from the angle of those pics.
ah yeah thanks! The front fenders are flared about 3/4 an inch out at the widest point. The way the lines are in the front fenders it makes it look even wider than what it is. The rear fenders are oem.. I didn't really see any over lays that I liked a lot so I decided to just leave them alone. I hope next week to have some better pictures of the car outside the assembly room.
Props for the hard work put into your car!
Its really difficult to see from the pics...camera angle the overall design balance
of the car.I have to agree with other comments about the rear fenders being much smaller than the fronts.IMO,when you are doing a wide body even of modest dimensions,
that rear is the key element. If anything, needs to go out farther than the front with big
azz wheels/tires.Porsche led the way on this a long time ago with their turbo. If I was doing it,and could not find any "overlays" that worked.I'd find a way to have e'm made.
Perhaps some other angles of your car will improve the look...
Don't see how.

all that work and you went with nv2? ... I would've gotten something more aggressive and that actually matches the rest of your bodykit and not so played out...

You might want to take more pics of the fenders. A lot of people were wondering about them before C7 bought the company that was initially doing the "development" and as far as I know... your the only one with them.
Car looks OK. The fenders being wider in the front than the rear looks weird though. It reminds me of a civic or FWD car running wider fenders up front.
