Thanks for looking! Been working all week so I've not had a chance to work on it much.

Also before I do anything else I'm gonna stop and clean up my workspace. I can't find anything in there, looks like a bomb went off.

Hopefully progress report this weekend.

Looks a whole lot better. I think some OEM black leather seats would add a nice look to the interior for you.

More.

In case anyone is wondering what that loop hanging out of the cupholder is, the spring broke in it and it no longer ejects. So I screwed on a strip of leather to use to pull it out with. Temporarily until I can stomach spending 50-60 bucks on a new one.

I know a lot of you guys aren't fans of the diamond plate. And honestly, neither am I, at least the chrome stuff. But these powder coated ones are awsome. I love em.

Does anyone have any suggestions with what to do with the open bottom din?

It really drives me nuts and I simply can't think of anything nice to do. I thought of putting bondo over it and painting it black like everything else....but it will look strange I think.

Ideas?

^ Very simple. They are so cheap these days and packed with features, there is no
need for what you have in there now

That p860mp is my bread and butter. Out of all the head units I've ever heard, that thing is far and wide the best sounding unit on earth. It doesn't have a lot of features, but the signal it gives out is squeaky clean. I'll never use another headunit. Even my pioneer f90BT in my H2, which is way newer, can't hold a candle to the P860.

So aside from changing HUs. Any other ideas?

seems as if you can more about the sound from the unit, instead of how nice your interior looks.. so just keep the single din you have. double din would look 1000x better though.

Yeah I agree a double din unit would look loads better, but my stereo is higher on the priority list, your right.

I did find a pretty cool solution though.

Any other opinions?

I'm starting to like it, I was going to do some more areas, but truthfully, I think it would be too much.

I'm going to do the passenger window switch and leave it. I think that small amount will look good.
