I wouldn't use them because when they get wet they will be as slick as ice and will most likely get scratched and marred up with use. I have a nice rugged set of black mats that catch water, dirt and mud and they don't look too bad in the Z. Although this could be the OCD clean person I am because I can't stand for my carpet to be dirty hahaha!

Just post pics

Well, I will probably use my trashed stock mats when I drive it. And the powder coated ones at shows depending on how they look. It's not my DD.

Had a color mixed up for the trim pieces. The rings and a couple small small things. Matches the threads on the boot perfectly.

Well, I never got the chance to get grey. Everything just fell out, I was then left with the gay hair ring, then I just shaved it all off.

I hope the color comes out good once i spray it and it dries. Fingers crossed.

I'm still priming and sanding. My hand is starting to hurt.

The key to a good pait job is a baby butt smooth substrate.

if you left the interior stock, it would not look as cheap. i went through the same problem but mine wasn't too over the top like this. interior looks cheap and horrible and if i was a theif, this would be too easy.

example of stock :

Well, my cloth seats don't help anything, which in that comparison photo is what sticks out to me.

Compare that photo to a stock track edition and its s whole other story:

But I dunno. Well see how it turns out this go around.

Patience is not one of my virtues.

Hanging it up for the night.

The "ready for clearcoat" section is growing.

Tommorrow I hope to have everything color coated and ready for clear coat.

The gauge rings, shifter trim ring, cubby door, hvac rings, strut bar and strut bar Z are all that's left.

What accents are we talking about?

If you are referring to my old pics...that would be why this thread is called "change up."

I'm assuming you mean the red accents in the one pic I posted.

I'm actually on the fence about painting that now....I'm debating on just keeping them silver.
