I've been using my oem nose mask for a year - almost daily, although I do remove it and keep it clean every other day or so. I do have some wear in the wheel wells were it attaches - BUT - the choice is that minimal wear or stone chips - I choose the wear, and it's not really bad anyhow, not noticeable without looking close - I bought another new oem mask from somebody on the forum cheap, getting ready to retire the used dirty one -

I'm positive I would be replacing the "tape" mask at least once a year - here in Florida, my daily highway commute includes slag/stone carrying semis throwing stuff all over, not to mention just the general sand blasting you get from the sandy soil - I considered the 3M but am very happy I went with the vinyl - my nose is chip free with 18,000 miles - to each his/her own though - enjoy

that's the point you can't see it.............I personnaly think black vinyl bra's on car's is kinda GAY..........reminds me of the big hair dooos from the 70's or fake car antenna's. Just my opinion, like one said here, to his/her own

Ya the bras all together are a bad idea. The M3 ones will prevent the paint from discolouring with age. So when you remove it the paint will look new while the rest of the car will be all faded and stuff. Well do as you wish, JMO.

I think you mean 3M, not M3.
