Default Kudos to Carbon Fiber Element!

Several years ago, I noticed the black interior door/window switch panels in my Z were getting scratched from fingernails. I elected to send them out to Tonester at Carbon Fiber Element to have them wrapped and they came out beautifully. Unfortunately, after a year or so the PS panel started delaminating, with the trailing edge lifting up near the door panel itself. It got bad enough that I had to remove it and ask Tony for some help.

He replied to my message on the Carbon Fiber Element site the next day and I got the panel itself ready for shipping back east. After just a few weeks, the box shows up and the switch panel is just beautifully wrapped. I hope this one will last forever, and while I don't want a lot of CF in the cockpit of my Z, these really offer a nice touch to it. They won't scratch as easily as the OEM plastic and are well worth the money IMHO.

In a day and age when disgruntled customers have to ***** and moan on the board about their problems with certain vendors, I want to give appropriate recognition to Tony for standing behind his work. Carbon Fiber Element does very nice work indeed and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Interesting- 98 views in about two days, but not a single response.

Meanwhile, other posts complaining about vendors selling products for the 350Z have a couple of pages of replies. It looks like positive reviews get little attention, while talking **** about businesses with poor customer service get plenty of pile-on responses.

Dkmura, since you weren’t asking a question in the post, most people read it, recognize the message, but don’t feel they have to respond. You have done a good job of conveying the excellence of this company’s after sales service and have done an admirable job of spreading positive advertising to 100 people so far (weekends are slow on this site). Not only that, people who do google searches for years to come may also see your message for more positive impressions. Have some confidence in the power of well-written words. So far I think you have more than paid back Carbon Fiber Element for taking care of you.

Jennifer2 always recognizes when a member needs a warm fuzzy. She's "the mommy" of my350z.

if we had the "thanks this post" feature like other IB sites we could thank and not reply. For now we can only not reply.

The reason is most have commended Tony already in several previous posts including myself. He did an amazing job for me. What I am saying is Tony is well known here for his excellent service so you are not the first to introduce him. He is a member here too

But for new members, they probably have no idea who he is. Review thread, with proper information and proof, is never a bad thing in my opinion.

Isn't that a key to marketing? Takes forever to build a good reputation and one screw up to destroy it?

Thanks for the thread and kind words man!! I'm sorry if anyone hasn't gotten a reply to a pm. I am no longer a vendor on here so I don't spend too much time on here lately. I try not to do too much on here so I don't **** off any mods. Lol...I know the rules. But again. Thanks for the thread and all u guys for the love. And anyone who needs me or anything contact me via my site or fb/IG.
