NEW CUSTOM shift boot + NISMO titanium ****
Finally put these in the other night. I LOVE the ****, makes shifting feel easier and shorter. Also, before my gearbox felt notchy, now each gear slides in smoothly with ease! The shift boot is nice too, genuine classic soft trim leather, got from David @ 350zforums.org (got the seats from him too). The only bad thing was that I had to punch the holes in the new boot, but that didn't take too long. Anyway... onto the good part... the pics

lol! the Z's console is so plain when replaced with an aftermarket head unit, there are only 3 ***** left!!!
hey, by any chance if you know there are any "at least" 7" LCD that would fit in the DVD Nav slot?

cool! you have the same head unit as my friend does! Pioneer, it's a nice head unit. the only thing that i hate about it is the visual lighting, so freaking annoying! it dim, then bright, then dim, then bright... and repeat. anyone here have a thought of painting their interior? maybe the middle console, air vents, etc...?!?!

I believe that you can turn off the lighting mode that turns from dim to bright or positive to negative display. You should be able to toggle it on and off when the unit is off. Might need to look through the instructions to do it. I know you can with my Premier 940.
