Default My driver seat is stuck all the way back

I’m a tall person so I don’t usually need to move my seat forward but when I did, it would no longer move forward and I’m not able to reach the bolts to take the whole seat off. I’m wondering if you guys can help me out and know how to take off the plastic piece on the left side of the driver seat. Thanks in advance

I also noticed that this piece does not fully go in like on the opposite site, and the cable that moves when you turn the handle to move the seat forward/back it has a wobble when pushed around, it’s not stiff

sit on on it and move the seat back and forth and kinda jump on it while pulling the lever. But use some force when doing this
