stuck

I've searched but cannot find much information on this topic.This weekend I installed a set of new Depo headlights on my 2003 Touring. I swapped over the ballast, used new D2S bulbs, and 3175NA flasher bulbs. When I turn the lights on, the high/low beams work as expected. However, when the headlights are turned on, all 4 (front and rear) flasher bulbs blink. There are no blinking lights on the dashboard, like you would see if you turned on your hazard lights. If I turn on the hazard lights, then the indicators blink on the inside of the car on the dash like you would expect, along with the blinking flashers on the outside. The frequency of the flash is consistent with a turn signal or turning on your hazards. Has anyone run into this?

Not sure if it is related, but last weekend I installed an 07 waterfall + AC controls + center console (including swapping over the AC control module). Took it for a drive and everything seemed fine. AC controls worked as expected. However, it was daytime and I never turned on the lights.... so I wouldn't have seen the issue pop up then.

I'm curious if anyone has run into something similar where all 4 flashers blink when the headlights come on. Either after installing new head lights or upgrading their interior?
