Wow.. RoadRagerInTherapy, REAL informative there.

Since it's not of your liking, must be wrong then?

GY-Z, check out both INGS and PowerEnterprise... they both have nice options I have considered for the track.

Didn't know I had to "inform"... I was expressing an opinion, Smart Guy.

PS - Nice strikes.

I think the only GT wing that looks half decent is INGS+1 low mount version, but I would have to see it in person to be sure. All the other ones look like crap.

Yes, that's the one, I'm not sure how it will go with your body kit, but it looks ok with the INGS+1 N-Spec (the one in the picture above). I assume if you want it to be effective, it would need to be adjustible. That way you can adjust the amount of downforce. It also might be helpfull if you remove a lot of weight from your rear end, to get the car balanced.

From the pics I've seen of the INGS+1 wing it looks like it would work. It preaty much looks like a wing which is turned upside down, so it will provide downforce.

which part of the wing should be adjustable?
and yes, the main reason i want this kind of ugly wing is i want something functional.
from what i know, the lower the top of the "flip" seats. the lower drag i get rite?

Top Secret has a very nice carbon fiber GT wing.

C-West has many many to choose from as well.

Here are pics of the top secret wings, I think it's butt ugly but if that's what you want you are more then welcome. If you take a closer look at the last photo (click on it) you will see lots of holes drilled in the front part of the sings support. This are to adjust the wing.

I'm not sure if the INGS+1 wing is adjustbile (I think it is, but I need more close up shots). I can tell you that the wings on the high support are going to provide a lot more donwforce, because they will be in a stream of air which isn't disturbed by the car's body, but it'll also generate a lot more drag (thin parachute). All it means is that your car will be faster through the conners, but slower when it comes to acceleration and top speed, compromise. Also if you put such a big wing at the rear you might have to generate more downforce are the front. Which would mean modifiing the amuse bumper.

The Ing+1 Wing was used in the Options/Jun Z that was driven at the Silver State Classic. Hell it withstood 200+mph so I think it's more than adequate...unfortunately it did not withstand the tire failure and subsequent rollover.

Do you necessarily need a GT wing? Will a lip spoiler like the one below from Varis generate significnt downforce?
