ok here is the info for the company they can tell you everything you need to know, when you call tell them you got the info from jon in N.Y., he will give you a special price then because he knows your from this site...... they will be able to go over everything with you and discuss your options as far as color, he can pretty much do anything you want done!!! unfortunately mine is not yet done so i cant post pics, but from what i am told im am going to be very happy. well good luck guys will post pics as soon as possible. please be advised he will do a better deal for a group buy.

Hey Jon350z, got your gauge cluster back yet!? i can't wait to see pics!!!

 

can they do the other lights as well? like the one on the center consoles? I dont want my cluster to be blue and my other lights staying orange.IMO

 

Humm, with the digital computer gauge pod, I wonder if it is possible to change all the colors in the car. I would love to go all blue but I don't think that is possible with the trip computer gauge. Sigh.... damnit. If I can make EVERYTHING blue, I'll do it, but having any mix, I'll keep it orange.

That's the thing I was thinkin about Jergens.. that infometer gauge would be really tough. I dunno maybe its possible to get some sort of blue tint to go over the plastic face? I dont know how well that would work tho...

 

I actually thought the same sort of thing, like transparant vinyls like what Bat makes, but then with all the brilliant blue LED light getting thrown by EVERY OTHER bulb in the car... the Vinyl filter would probably look like poo... A shame I really like this idea. Maybe when the Turbo is in I'll replace the tri gauge pods with some other gauges. Kind of sucks to lose the digital speedo though.

the reason i did all this was because i was changin my info meter and other guages up top to blitz blm guages which light up blue so, i dont know if they could change the colors of that, but then again im sure anything is possible with them, has anyone contacted the company yet with the info i posted? if so please let me know how it turned out, i wanna keep on top of whats goin on.

wow, this thread went from everyone getting excited to wondering wtf is going on?.......either they look bad or the original poster got lazy? this seems like a great mod if you can get the other guages in the center blue but im doubting this one w/o spending serious money & potential downtime on the z. if your swapping the center guages out with aftermarket blue/white/red, etc than this would be great......but figure $250+ for the main guages & at least another $250+ for the center...then youve spent over $500 & still have a bose radio with orange(if you have the stock bose unit like me)........

oh, and for the blue overlays, wont look good, you would be adding an orange light to a blue tint making a brown light thats hard to see & doesnt match anything!
