Default Final set of progress pics of the Ings Half Kit Replica

Here's some last pics I took today when I went to check up on my car. It's pretty much ready...jsut a little more adjusting. The side skirt are gonna need a little work cuz they have a little bit of waving going on if you look down the side of it...and thats pretty much it...then just slap a coat of paint on it.

I asked the guy what he thought of the kit as far as installation goes and he said "not bad...wasn't that bad"

I'm banning JDMKouswhatever cuz he'll have nothing constructive to say...so keep out...don't need my thread closed like last time...if he does reply..please, no one even reply to him...thank you.

One opinion I'd like....I'm getting the middle parts painted to match my wheels...so up front when that inside part of the lip is painted a charcoal....should I paint my SS Grille BLACK or CHARCOAL? I'm thinking it might be too much charcoal up front if I do the grill in that color....black would make the car more blacked out...I'm thinking black.

Now that I'm looking at these pics...I'm wondering why they took my tail lights off? hmmm

Here's the pics...they were blurry for some reason so I tried to sharpen them in photoshop the best I could.

"roughly 1500"...i called around a bunch of places in my area...all were about the same ranging from 1200-1800.00

I kinda told them to paint my grill and doorhandles now too so that might add a few bucks...not much.

It's going to look AMAZING!

What about your suspension, are you lowered? If you are, will you have any problems with speed bumps and ground clearance?

Get it all painted the same...

Those two tones don't compliment each other well. Save the color for your wheels.

Black and Charcoal don't compliment each other? eh, i dont know...the recesses of the plastic look like they should be painted...I think it would look weird being all solid. Just like the Grand Prix's do the charcoal middles...and it looks great on them...i think it will look great on the Z.

Ricky...me and my buds actually think it looks low enough stock...there's not that much wheel gap...and the skirts alone now I think bring it about an 1 - 1.5" lower to the ground....springs would be overkill!

your right about the springs being overkill...after i put my kit on i cant understand how people lower their cars

2tone is a gamble but could be a good one

Vice. it's me, Christobal. The 2 tone will look awesome dude. Like you said, if you paint it all the same color , it'll look too plain. It's better to paint it 2 tone to give it some LIFE. Also, the 2 toned sections are not too overbearing, they're just the subtle parts of the kit. And your right, as long as theres a joint or line seperating the 2 tone from the car color, you'll be fine. The only thing i suggest you get is some badd *** rims now. The stock wheels will look ok on your car, but adding some 19's will get you all the compliments in the world.
KIT= cool
KIT + WHEELS = WHOA !!
