So it's been decided: Shaved and filled. The Veilside Ver. 1 lip didn't make it in time for paint...so now I'll have to go back. Really want to get pics when that is on...Hey, I drove up my driveway the other day after picking her up, and thought to myself about the possibility of not being able to get up or down without scratching the new lip once installed. Anyone else have the Veilside Ver. 1? Wondering how much it drops the front lip? I have curb and gutter on the street attached to my drive, and my drive has a moderate incline. With the stock lip (or should I say the "underlip") I would bottom out if I drove out the driveway nose first and straight too quickly. So I'm hoping by entering and exiting at an angle I will not have problems with the new lip. Feel free to comment.

I'm interested in doing the same thing...does anyone know approximately how much this costs to do?

How much what costs? Front bumper fill on the "hamburger" cost me about 3hrs prep rates...shop went through two tubes of that plastic polymer **** that is outragously priced to fill it solid for no concerns. Then they painted it twice with basecoat to assure no shadowing....turned out great. I think the price on the filler was something like $50/tube, but they only charged me the 3hrs labor.
